Results delivery

IBIS experts interpret the results and deliver them to you in RBE Plus Browser, which encompasses the standard Potential Analysis and other relevant reports for the ROI and Productivity Analysis. The CIO receives: the target metrics defined in the strategy workshop; potential capabilities concluded on the basis of these metrics; and key figures regarding system complexity, cost drivers, efficiencies and benchmarks.

Results evaluation

In a second workshop, experts present and discuss the results with you so that you gain an in-depth understanding of the data. Action plans give you a jump-start, enabling you to put this information to concrete use quickly and reliably.
