The overview across all projects quickly alerts you to potential bottlenecks in similar projects, aids in schedule changes, helps you to resolve conflicts early on so they can be avoided altogether. You can update the evaluated project structures and dates anytime using current data from Business ByDesign.

• Projects and their elements (phases, tasks, milestones) are depicted as bars along a timeline, based on your data
• Projects and their structures (phases, tasks, milestones) are shown in hierarchical form (drill bar)
• Project structures and dates can be updated anytime using current data from SAP Business ByDesign
• Project elements can be color-coded in line with your needs (e.g. development tasks that pose potential bottlenecks can be colored red in all projects)
• Projects can be displayed on a timeline that spans -2 to +6 months
