  • Graphic depiction of any number of projects in bar graph form (actual deadlines)
  • Monitoring of critical resources
  • Overview of workload by tasks
  • Assessment of milestones

Design and updates based on MS Excel add-ins for SAP Business ByDesign FP2.6.

  • IBIS Multi-Project Cockpit has the capabilities of IBIS Multi-Project Report
  • Projects and their elements (phases, tasks, milestones) are depicted in bar graph form along a timeline based on their actual deadlines (-2/+6 months)
  • Projects are visualized in drillable hierarchical structures (phases, tasks, milestones)
  • Project structures and deadlines can be refreshed anytime with the latest data from SAP Business ByDesign.

The Cockpit also provides the following:

  • User-variable view of potential bottlenecks
  • Workload overview of all daily tasks and monitoring of a user-specific threshold
  • Workload overview for identical tasks on the same day and monitoring of a user-specific threshold
  • Assessment of milestones: overdue/ next week/ > 7 days ? Statistic analyses
