Based on its longstanding, close cooperation with SAP regarding the continuous de- velopment of the Reverse Business Engineer, IBIS earned its distinction as an official “SAP Content Partner” in 2005.

Meeting the performance criteria required for achieving the Content Partnership demonstrates that IBIS Prof. Thome, next to possessing the scientifically sound knowledge necessary for the development of methods, tools and business contents, has much diverse practical and project-based experience, as well. The awarding of the certification contract is yet another show of confidence in the intensive co- operation between IBIS and SAP.

Recently, Dr. Peter Zencke himself, CEO for Research and Application Platforms for SAP AG, praised their longstanding and intensive collaborative development work with IBIS, now culminating in the joint development of the "Business Configuration", the new software for small to medium businesses advertised by SAP: "It is always important to incorporate expertise from the bu-siness world as well, so as to remain sensitive to current business needs. In this aspect, the Wuerzburg research and consulting team provided us crucial input in the area of methods, tools and business content for Business Configuration, the new process."
